A weekly opportunity for Online Learners (OL) to work on individual assignments and personal
projects in a group setting, supported by an experienced BC-certified teacher.

This program is designed for students who would benefit from regular weekly contact with a
supportive adult and peers outside the home. Students will have opportunities to connect,
collaborate, and build friendships in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

The Day

The day will provide structure, accountability, and dedicated work periods balanced with breaks,
social connection, and play. Students will receive guidance with homework, time management, and study skills, while building confidence and independence in their learning.

Students must be willing and able to work independently for extended periods of time, follow a daily schedule, and remain focused during designated work blocks. While support and
encouragement are always available, learners are expected to take responsibility for their own assignments and goals, and to come prepared with work to do each week.

Informal snack and lunch breaks provide time to relax, chat, and recharge with peers. Students may also enjoy outdoor breaks, group games, and other activities that encourage movement, laughter, and community-building.

Program is led by a BC Certified Teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience, a
background in Psychology and Learning Support, and expertise in supporting and tutoring home schoolers.

Whether a student is looking for a structured learning environment, academic support, social
connection, or simply a productive place to work alongside others, this weekly program offers a
balanced environment where learning and belonging go hand in hand.
